Since opening enrollment for the Visionary Women’s Mastermind Alliance, the question I’ve heard most often is a simple one: “What actually happens in a mastermind?” It’s a fair question — the word gets used loosely these days, so let me tell you exactly what this one looks like.
The Format
The Visionary Women’s Mastermind Alliance is a small-group coaching program that meets monthly over Zoom. We keep the group intentionally small — large enough to feel the energy and diversity of a real community, small enough that every woman is seen, heard, and known by name. This isn’t a webinar or a broadcast. It’s a working session.

What Happens in a Session
Each session blends three things: coaching, structured reflection, and honest accountability.
We open by checking in — what’s working, what’s stuck, what’s shifted since we last met. From there, we move into coaching around a specific theme tied to the journey of building an extraordinary life: clarifying your vision, setting values-aligned goals, working through obstacles, or strengthening the beliefs that support your growth. You’ll leave every session with something concrete to carry into the next month, and a circle of women who will ask you how it went.
Who This Is For
This program is for accomplished women who are asking what is next. — more clarity, more intention, more follow-through — but who’ve found that trying to do it alone hasn’t worked as well as they’d hoped. If you’ve set the same goal for three years running, or if you have a vision for your life that you rarely say out loud, this group is built for you.
Who This Isn’t For
I’ll be honest, because the right fit matters more to me than filling every seat. This isn’t a good fit if you’re looking for a passive experience — something to attend without engaging. The women who get the most out of this group are the ones willing to show up, share honestly, and take action between sessions.
