Working this program, I realized a spiritual transformation that was much deeper than just goal setting. I am now able to show up both professionally and personally in a more confident and self-assured way. I have a much clearer direction for my life.

“Getting into the ‘space’ with you and the rest of the ladies in our group propelled my life in a direction I could have never dreamed of. My imagination was opened as a result of this course and I was able to really envision myself doing things I never thought possible. I stepped into a new way of being in the world that’s still coming into focus for me to this day. The unexpected, residual effects of this course are still shaping me and moving me in directions yet unseen. I can feel the flow and I know that whatever is to come will be wonderful and full of joy. It’s so hard to put my experience into words. For me it was both a beautiful and messy process at times. I think of that afternoon sitting on the floor of my condo crying and ripping out pages from magazines to create my vision board. Balling some of the pages up and throwing them across the room as I raged; cursing the gods and my ancestors, my own shortcomings, my ridiculous self defeating patterns and even my humanity at times … and in the middle of that storm, there was healing happening—all at the same time. In the end, what I pasted to the back of an old Little Caesar’s pizza box would hold a bold new vision for my future … a new and exciting chapter.
