One of the questions I get asked most often is some version of: how do I actually turn a vague dream into a real life? People assume I’ll say something about willpower, or hustle, or waking up at five a.m. I don’t. What I’ve found, both in my own life and in years of working with women who are ready for something more, is that transformation follows a shape. It’s not random, and it’s not purely willpower-driven — it’s a process, and it can be learned. I call it the Envision framework, and it has six steps.
Explore the possibilities. Dream is where it begins, and it’s less about goal-setting than most people expect. It’s permission — letting yourself want something without immediately talking yourself out of it. It is listening to that still small voice, your intuition.
Get the dream out of your head and onto paper, where it becomes something real enough to work with instead of a feeling that evaporates by Wednesday.
In Building Your Foundation, you get clear on your values and purpose. Charting Your Course is where the dream starts taking shape. This is the strategy stage — breaking something enormous into something workable, without losing the heart of what made it exciting in the first place.
We may stumble on obstacles in the world and in our beliefs about what we deserve and whether we are good enough. This is when we open our arms, let go of those things holding us back, and Embrace the Journey.
Mastery comes after hours of preparation and practice. Mastering Your Life enables you to build the strong habits to enable you to succeed.
The last phase is Breaking Through to Success. You have become the person the world has been waiting for!
