What Really Happens Inside the Visionary Women’s Mastermind Alliance

I get this question a lot: “What exactly do you do in the Mastermind?”

It’s a fair question. There are a lot of group coaching programs out there, and they are not all created equal.

So let me pull back the curtain.

The Structure

The Visionary Women’s Mastermind Alliance meets once a month on Zoom — on the third Saturday of each month. Sessions run approximately two hours and follow a consistent, thoughtful flow:

We open with a grounding guided imagery to settle into the space and connect with our vision. From there, each woman has time to share where she is — her wins, her struggles, her honest check-in.

We then move into our focused topic for the session — drawing from research on guided imagery, goal achievement, leadership, and personal transformation — before closing with clear intentions and next steps.

The Experience

The structure matters, but the magic is in the people.

When you put a small group of women in a room who have all made the commitment to show up and do the work, something remarkable happens. They lift each other. They challenge each other. They remind each other of who they said they wanted to be when they weren’t sure they could do it.

That is the Mastermind.
