We are almost exactly halfway through 2026.

How does that land for you? With satisfaction? With a flutter of anxiety? With a quiet sense of wonder at how quickly the days move?

All of those reactions are valid. And all of them are worth exploring — because they tell you something about where you are in relation to the life you said you wanted to build this year.

Today I want to write you a letter. Not as a coach, exactly — though the coaching instincts are always there. More as a woman who has been doing this work for a long time, who has sat across from hundreds of other women doing this work, and who wants you to hear a few things that your mid-year self really, truly needs.

You haven’t failed. You’ve been learning. There’s a difference, and your vision depends on you knowing it.

You Are Not Behind

The first thing your mid-year self needs to hear is this: you are not behind.

I know it can feel that way. January’s resolutions have faded. The goals you wrote with such confidence six months ago may look more complicated now than they did on paper. Life has happened in the gap between intention and execution.

But progress is rarely linear. And the fact that you’re still here — still reading, still thinking, still caring about the life you’re building — is evidence that your vision is alive.

You are not behind. You are exactly where you need to be to begin again.

What You’ve Already Built Is Real

Here is an exercise I give to every woman in the Visionary Women’s Mastermind Alliance at our mid-point: write down every single thing you’ve done in the past six months that you are quietly proud of.

Not the things that made headlines. Not the promotions or the finished projects or the Instagram-worthy moments. The quiet ones.

The hard conversation you finally had. The boundary you set and held. The morning you got up early and chose yourself. The time you said “not right now” to something that didn’t align. The way you showed up for someone you love even when you were running on empty.

Write them all down. All of them. And then read the list back to yourself slowly.

That woman — the one who did all of those things — she is building something extraordinary. She just needs to see it.

The second half of this year belongs to you. But only if you decide — right now — to show up for it.

The Second Half Is Wide Open

One of the most powerful things about being at the midpoint of a year is that the second half is completely unwritten. You have not squandered it yet. You have not missed anything yet.

You have six months of data — information about what worked, what didn’t, what energized you, and what drained you. That data is gold. Use it.

Go back to your vision. Hold it up in the light of everything you’ve learned this year. Does it still fit? Does it need adjusting? Has something new emerged that wants your attention?

Then make one decision. Just one. About what the second half of this year is going to be about for you.

Not ten decisions. Not an overhaul. One.

Because one decision, made with clarity and commitment, has the power to change everything.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

The Visionary Women’s Mastermind Alliance is coming soon. The women who join me inside the mastermind are doing exactly this kind of work — mid-year reflection, course correction, deeper commitment to their visions — in community with each other.

There is still time to register, to connect with the community, and to use the second half of this year as the season your vision finally breaks through.

The second half of 2026 is waiting. Let’s build something extraordinary together.

With deep belief in your second half,

Linda
